Refund Policies:

We will except returns within 3 days of delivery with proof of purchase if you are not satisfied. We ask that you send the plant(s ) back and email us within 36 hours at sales@evergreenfamilynursery.com. We Guarantee to sell and ship Live and Healthy plants, however we are not responsible for plants during the shipping process.

Shipping: IS 30% UP TO $15.00. ORDERS OVER $15.00 IN SHIPPING IS FREE!

We will be glad to delay any order until you are ready for them, all you have to do is order your plants and email us at sales@evergreenfamilynursery.com and let us know when you want them delivered.

We will process orders and ship on Mondays and Tuesdays of each week by UPS ground service. We ship from mid -March thur late -November.
